【1】第32回「コムソフィア賞」の推薦候補者を募集します

コムソフィア賞は、各界で活躍、実績を残す上智大学関係者を対象とした表彰制度です。選考基準は上智大学の関係者（学部、院の卒業生、教職員、在校生）で
1．国際社会、地域社会に貢献した優れた人物、
2．国際報道、日本紹介に優れた業績を挙げた人物、
3．マスコミおよび各種メディアに貢献した人物のいずれか。
応募締め切りは９月30日（土）。推薦要領の詳細は下記サイトをご参照ください。

【2】上智大学＆ソフィア会共催講演会開催報告
世界を駆けるソフィアンたち 「ストラディヴァリウスの秘密～生演奏と共に」

7月19日（水）に（株）日本ヴァイオリンの社長、中澤創太さんをお招きして共催講演会「ストラディヴァリウスの秘密～生演奏と共に」を開催しました。中澤さんが企画した、世界のストラディヴァリウス21挺を集結させた展覧会は、約1万3000人を集客。ここでしか聞けないその裏話も語ってくださっています。

【E-1】The 32nd Cumsophia Prize Nominations Are Now Being Sought

The Cumsophia Prize recognizes the achievements of Sophia University-related individuals active in various fields. To be nominated, candidates must be individuals with a Sophia University connection (undergraduate and graduate alumni, faculty, staff, and current students) who:
1) have made outstanding contributions to the international or local community,
2) have made outstanding achievements presenting Japan in the international media, or
3) have made contributions to mass media or a specific media.
The deadline for nominations is Saturday, September 30th. Please visit the following link for detailed nomination information.

【E-2】Sophia University and SUAA Cosponsored Lecture Report
Sophians around the World: Stradivarius Secrets - with Live Performances

On Wednesday, July 19th, Sota Nakazawa, President of Nippon Violin was welcomed as he presented a cosponsored lecture entitled Stradivarius Secrets - with Live Performances. The event planned by Mr. Nakazawa brought together 21 Stradivarius instruments from around the globe, and attracted an audience of approximately 13,000. He also shared inside stories exclusively heard here.

今年もオールソフィアンのクリスマス（ASC）を開催します。
開催日時は12月9日（土）15:00～17:00。
