【1】世界中のソフィアンがネットに集結します―「Net de ASF 2020」
Sophians Around the Globe Meet Online - "Net de ASF 2020"
コロナ禍で四谷キャンパスでの「オールソフィアンの集い（ASF）」の開催は不可能となりましたが、今年は動画共有 サービス「YouTube」やソーシャル・ネットワーキング・サービス（SNS）「Facebook」でこれまでと同様のイベントが体 験できます。題して「Net de ASF 2020」。
プログラムも従来のASFとそん色ないもので、5月31日（日）の午前10時から午後5時過ぎまで分刻みで繰り広げられ ます。たとえば、今年の金祝、ルビー祝、銀祝、銅祝の対象者によるパネルディスカッション、そしてオンラインだから こそできる、世界中のソフィアンが時差に合わせて登場するSophians around the world。午前中が南北アメリカ、昼 過ぎがアジア、そして夕方はヨーロッパと、世界各地のソフィアンが繋がります。
キャリア企画の「これからの時代に求められる人材とは？」では、IT企業人事担当の2人の卒業生による対談、同じく ソフィアンでカトリック司祭の2人の神父による対談「不安な時代をどう生きるか」もあります。そしてグランドフィナーレ は恒例のカリー先生の弾き語りと校歌。

Although the corona disaster has prevented us from holding the All Sophians' Festival (ASF) on the Yotsuya Campus this year, the same event as before, now named "Net de ASF 2020" can be experienced on YouTube and Facebook.
The program remains almost the same as the traditional ASF, but events will be presented in assigned time slots on Sunday, May 31st between 10:00 until just after 17:00. For example, you can tune in for the panel discussion for this year's Gold, Ruby, Silver and Bronze Anniversary celebrants, and precisely because Net de ASF 2020 will be online allows connecting with Sophians Around the World. There is a time frame for those in the Americas during the morning; for those in Asia and the Pacific during the afternoon; and for those in Europe during the evening.
In career planning events, two Sophia alumni working in IT company HR departments will discuss "What kind of people will we need in the future?", while two Sophia alumni Catholic priests will discuss "How to Live in Uncertain Times". As is tradition in the Grand Finale, Professor William Currie will sing as he plays the piano and will then accompany everyone in singing the school song.

【2】全国大会「2020信州大会」の開催を1年延期します
The SUAA National Conference, the 2020 Shinshu Conference, Postponed One Year

9月26日（土）・27日（日）の両日、松本市で開催を予定していた第11回地域ソフィア会全国大会「2020信州大会」を延 期します。新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大を防止するため、今年3月以降のイベントを中止または延期してきました が、この信州大会も1年後に延期することとしました。
ソフィア会は2009年から、地域・各種ソフィア会の連携強化を目的に国内各地で全国大会を開催してきました。しか し今年は新型コロナによる世の中の"自粛"の動きに合わせて開催を断念、2021年9月25日（土）・26日（日）に延期し て、改めて松本市で開催することとしました。

The 11th Regional Sophia University Alumni Association (SUAA) National Conference, the 2020 Shinshu Conference, which was scheduled to be held in Matsumoto in Nagano prefecture on Saturday and Sunday, September 26th and 27th, is being postponed. To prevent the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been canceling and rescheduling events since March of this year, and we have also decided to put this Shinshu event off for one year.
With the aim of strengthening cooperation between regional and various SUAA organizations and branches, SUAA National Conferences have been held in various parts of the country. However, this year in line with the global movement to voluntarily exercise 'self-restraint' in response to the novel coronavirus, this event has been rescheduled for Saturday, September 25th and Sunday, September 26th, 2021 and will be held in Matsumoto as originally planned.
