【1】ASF直前情報－久々に四谷にもお出かけください
ASF Last Minute Information: Please Come to Yotsuya for the First Time in a While

すでにお伝えしているように、今年のASFはリアルとオンラインの"ハイフレックス"開催。多彩なプログラムがオンラインで配信されるほか、3年ぶりに四谷キャンパスでも多くのイベントが行われます。
その四谷キャンパスでは、3年ぶりにメンストに特設ステージが設けられ、多くの学生団体がパフォーマンスを繰り広げます。16時過ぎにはグランドフィナーレも。最後には校歌も歌います。また、メンストではOBOGや学生による模擬店が3年ぶりに復活。散歩コースの一つとしてガーデンも開放。各ソフィア会や学部学科同窓会が教室などで思い思いのイベントを行います。
一方で、2020年、2021年のオンライン開催で培ったノウハウを生かして、2チャンネルを駆使したYouTubeのオンラインASFも見逃せません。1チャンネルではチャリティ・オークションや今回の実行委員長である笹原明代さん（1989外独）の講演会「変化する時代を生き抜く-これからのキャリアデザインを考える-」、学内ツアーのオンライン版「ぶらり上智」など。チャンネル2は講演会とオンラインASFの人気企画「Sophians around the world」が行われます。特に森下哲朗副学長の講演会「-交渉学の現在-」は注目です。

As has previously been announced, ASF will be a 'HyFlex' event this year, combining real and online programs. In addition to a wide variety of online programs, for the first time in three years, many events will be held on the Yotsuya Campus.
The Yotsuya Campus will, for the first time in three years, have a special stage set up on Main Street, where many student groups will perform. The Grand Finale will take place a bit after 16:00. Singing the school song will wrap up the event. Alumni and student refreshment booths will also return to Main Street. The garden will also be open as one of the walking courses. Sophia University Alumni Association (SUAA) alumni groups and departmental alumni associations will hold their own events in classrooms or other locations around Campus.
On the other hand, you should not miss the online ASF broadcast over two YouTube channels, for which we will make full use of know-how gained from holding events online in 2020 and 2021. Channel 1 broadcasts will include the Charity Auction; a lecture entitled Living Through Changing Times - Considering the Future of Career Design, presented by Akiyo Sasahara (1989, Faculty of Foreign Studies, Department of German Studies), the chairperson of this year's ASF Executive Committee; and Stroll Around Sophia, an online campus tour. Channel 2 will have lectures and the popular online ASF program Sophians Around the World. Of particular note is a lecture entitled Negotiations Today, presented by Sophia Executive Vice President for Global Academic Affairs, Tetsuo Morishita.

【2】春季全国代議員会で新たな事業計画・予算などを承認 Academic Year Business Plan and Budget Approved at the Spring Conference of National Representatives of SUAA

上ソフィア会は5月21日（土）14:00から、Zoomにより2022年度春季全国代議員会を開催しました。新型コロナの感染者は減少傾向にあるものの、今回も対面形式では行わず、事前の郵便による投票と電磁的投票（Web投票）、および学内ソフィアンズクラブに設置したオンライン会議システムの併用で開催しました。
鳥居正男ソフィア会会長の開会挨拶、佐久間勤上智学院理事長、曄道佳明上智大学長の来賓挨拶に続き議事に入り、「2021年度事業報告・決算報告及び監査報告の承認」、「2022年度事業計画及び予算案」など5つの事項すべてが事前のWeb投票などで可決されたことを報告しました。

SUAA held the 2022 Spring Conference of National Representatives of SUAA online over ZOOM on Saturday, May 21st at 14:00. Although the number of COVID-19 infections has been decreasing, this event was not held in person. Instead, a combination of voting in advance by postal service mail and electromagnetic online voting was used for the Conference which was held with an online conferencing system set up from the Sophians Club on Campus.
Following a greeting from SUAA President Masao Torii, and greetings from invited guests Sophia School Corporation Chancellor Tsutomu Sakuma and Sophia University President Yoshiaki Terumichi, proceedings got underway. It was reported that five agenda items including the FY2021 Business, Financial, and Audit Reports and the FY2022 Business Plan and Budget had all been approved through the previously conducted hybrid voting system.

■「2022年度の金祝などの式典を延期します
毎年5月最終日曜日にASFに合わせ大学主催行事として行っている金、ルビー、銀、銅祝の各式典は、コロナ禍が収束し、飲食を伴う祝賀会の開催案内ができる見通しが整うまで延期となりました。今回は2022年度の金祝（1972年卒）、ルビー祝（1982年卒）、銀祝（1997年卒）、銅祝（2007年卒）。2022年度秋季の開催を予定していますが、開催日（開催案内時期）は未定です。
