【1】代議員会開催報告

2023年上智大学ソフィア会秋季全国代議員会が、10月21日（土）に開催されました。鳥居正男ソフィア会会長による活動報告に続いて4つの審議事項が説明され、すべて承認されています。その後、場所を移して懇親会も行われ、参加者の皆さんは笑顔で話に花を咲かせていました。

【2】上智大学創立110周年記念特別講演会のお知らせ

12月4日（月）18時から、四谷キャンパスで上智大学創立110周年記念の特別講演会が開催されます。講師はモデルの知花くららさん。講演のテーマは「知花くららの 世界を旅して見てきたことは」です。講演後には懇親会もご用意。皆さんのご参加をお待ちしております。

【3】第5回ザビエル杯日本語スピーチコンテストのお知らせ

11月18日（土）に、第5回ザビエル杯日本語スピーチコンテストを開催します。今年はソフィアンの方々の視聴も可能になりました。スピーチのテーマは「10年後、自分のなりたい姿」。秋の一日、日本を留学先に選んだ各国からの留学生のスピーチに耳を傾けてみませんか？

【E-1】 Report on the Conference of National Representatives of SUAA

The 2023 Autumn Conference of National Representatives of Sophia University Alumni Association (SUAA) was held on Saturday, October 21st. Following the activity report from SUAA President Masao Torii, the four items on the agenda were explained and all were approved without dispute. At the social gathering held afterwards at a separate location, participants were pleasantly engaged in conversation.

【E-2】Special Lecture Commemorating the 110th Anniversary of Sophia University's Founding To Be Held

A special lecture commemorating the 110th anniversary of Sophia University's founding, presented by model Kurara Chibana, will be held on Monday, December 4th at 18:00 in Meeting Room 1702 on 17th floor of Building 2 on the Yotsuya Campus. The theme is 'Kurara Chibana: What I Have Seen on My World Travels'. A get-together will be held following the lecture. We look forward to your participation.

The 5th Xavier Cup Japanese Language Speech Contest will be held on Saturday, November 18th. This year, Sophians are also welcome to watch at the venue. The theme is 'Where I want to be in ten years'. Wouldn't you like to join us on an autumn day to listen to international students from various nations who have chosen Japan as their study abroad destination present speeches?
