【1】ソフィア会会長が新年に向けて抱負
SUAA President Torii Has Big Hopes for the New Year

2022年元旦、鳥居正男ソフィア会会長は年頭にあたっての抱負をソフィア会Webサイトに掲載しました。
この中で鳥居会長は「昨年は新型コロナに振り回された1年でした」と振り返りながらも、ASFなど多くのイベントがオンラインを使うことで物理的な距離を縮め、オンラインが新しいイベントの運営に生かせる多くの学びがあったと評価。新たな年に向けては「今年は、オミクロン株の広がり具合にもよりますが、新型コロナと共生するニューノーマルを迎えることになります」とし、「ニューノーマルを視野に新たな試みを検討、実行されている大学に、ソフィア会も積極的に貢献していきたいと思います」と抱負を述べています。

On New Year's Day, 2022, Sophia University Alumni Association (SUAA) President Masao Torii posted his aspirations for the New Year on the SUAA website.
Although President Torii reflected that "last year we were manipulated by COVID-19," he appreciated that we were able to hold many events online, including ASF, allowed us to reduce physical distances, and that we learned many lessons that can be applied to managing new online events.
Looking forward to the New Year, he wrote, "This year, although it depends on the spread of the Omicron variant, we will experience a new normal in which we will coexist with COVID-19," and expressed his hope that "SUAA would actively contribute to the University, which is considering and implementing new approaches in view of the new normal."

【2】コムソフィア賞記念講演会への参加申込みを受付中
Registration to Attend the Cumsophia Prize Acceptance Speeches Now Being Accepted

今年記念すべき第30回を迎えるコムソフィア賞の授賞式および記念講演会は1月25日（火）17:30から学内2号館17階国際会議場で行われます。現在参加者を募集中です。
受賞者はキャスター・ジャーナリストの長野智子さん（1985外英）と浪曲師の玉川奈々福さん（1987文国）。授賞式・講演会は学内の会議場のほかオンラインでも行われますが、コロナ禍により対面での参加者は100名限定となります。対面での参加希望者は先着順で受け付けますが、新型コロナ感染者の状況によっては変わることもあります。

The Award Ceremony and Acceptance Speeches for the 30th Cumsophia Prizes will be held on Tuesday, January 25, from 17:30 in the International Conference Room on the 17th floor of Building 2 on the Yotsuya Campus. We are currently registering attendees.
The award winners are Tomoko Nagano (1985, Faculty of Foreign Studies, Department of English Studies) a newscaster and journalist, Nanafuku Tamagawa (1987, Faculty of Humanities, Department of Japanese Literature), a traditional rokyokushi storyteller with shamisen accompaniment.

Although as well as being held on campus, the Award Ceremony and Acceptance Speeches will be streamed online, because of the COVID-19 outbreak the number of in-person attendees is limited to 100. In-person attendee applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but please bear in mind that this policy is subject to change depending on the COVID-19 infection situation.

【3】「オールソフィアンのクリスマス（ASC）」をオンラインで開催しました
Christmas at All Sophians (ASC) was held online!

14回目を迎えたオールソフィアンのクリスマス（ASC）が12月10日（金）19:00から開催されました。
第一部の「いのり」では菅原裕二神父のクリスマスメッセージやローマで撮影された動画を視聴した後、事前に募集したソフィアファミリーからのいのりに心を通わせました。第二部の「つどい」では曄道佳明上智大学長からご挨拶をいただいた後、立石一海さん、上智大学聖歌隊、L'arbre de Harmonie（ラルブル・ドゥ・アルモニー）、SAfro FAmily（サフロファミリー）、上智大学ハンドベルクワイア、鈴木桃子さんなどの卒業生、現役学生による心躍る圧巻のパフォーマンスを楽しみました。現在はYouTubeにてアーカイブ配信を行っています。

The 14th annual All Sophians' Christmas (ASC) was held on Friday, December 10th at 19:00.
After watching Father Yuji Sugawara's Christmas message and video filmed in Rome participants shared previously submitted heartfelt Sophia Family messages during the Inori prayer time in the first part. In the Tsudoi gathering in the second part of the event, following a greeting from Sophia University President Yoshiaki Terumichi, participants enjoyed exciting and impressive performances by alumni and current students such as Kazumi Tateishi, the Sophia Choir, L'arbre de Harmonie, SAfro FAmily, the Sophia Handbell Choir, and Momoko Suzuki. The event is now archived on YouTube for streaming.

営業時間：平日10～16時(会議室予約は11時～)

営業時間は、月～土10:00～21:00(会議室予約は11:00～)、
日曜・祝日は全館貸切(11:00～20:00)のみ。
