【1】経営者に聴くシリーズ第3弾は「グローバル人材の条件」－10／28
Hear From Management Series Third Lecture, Entitled Global Personnel Requirements, Held October 28th

上智大学とソフィア会は共催で、10月28日(月) 18：00から四谷キャンパス2号館17階1702会議室において、講演会「 経営者に聴くシリーズ」第3弾「グローバル人材の条件」を開催します。
スピーカーは、世界的な医薬品の製造・販売会社ノバルティスホールディングジャパン株式会社の鳥居正男代表取 締役社長（ソフィア会副会長）。学生時代（外国語学部ドイツ語学科）の先生との出会いが今につながり、その精神を 人生の根底に置いて感謝の気持ちを忘れないと謙虚に語る社長人生、さらに製薬業界、薬剤治療の将来についてお 話をうかがいます。

Sophia University and Sophia University Alumni Association (SUAA) will co-host the Hear From Management Series Third Lecture, entitled Global Personnel Requirements at 18:00 on Monday, October 28 in Conference Room 1702 on the 17th floor of Building 2 on the Yotsuya Campus.
The speaker will be Masao Torii, President and Representative Director of Novartis Holding Japan K.K., a global pharmaceutical manufacturing and sales company (SUAA Vice President). We will hear about his life as a corporate president which he would modestly describe as 'the encounters with professors as a student (Faculty of Foreign Studies, Department of German Studies) are now integrated within me, and I try to never forget to be grateful while keeping the mind I learned from the professors at the foundation of my life'. He will also talk about the future of the pharmaceutical industry and medical care.

【2】「オールソフィアンのクリスマス2019」実行委員募集
The All Sophians' Christmas (ASC 2019) Executive Committee Members Sought

ソフィア会は12月13日(金)18:00から、四谷キャンパス内アクティブコモンズ（旧9号館地下カフェテリア）において「オ ールソフィアンのクリスマス2019（ASC2019）」を開催します。
ASCはソフィア会の年末のビッグイベントで、例年、学生と卒業生300人ほどが参加。前半の厳かな「祈りの会」、そし て後半の華やかな「パーティ」と続きます。パーティへの出演やブースへの出展はこれから呼びかけることになりま すが、その実行委員を募集しています。次回の実行委員会は10月9日(水)18：30からソフィアンズクラブ会議室で。
その後も当日まで3回の委員会が予定されています。みなさんもぜひ実行委員としてASCを盛り上げてください。

SUAA will hold All Sophians' Christmas 2019 (ASC2019) from 18:00 on Friday, December 13th in the Active Commons (the former Cafeteria in the basement of Building 9) on the Yotsuya Campus.
ASC is the major SUAA year-end event, and about 300 students and graduates normally participate. The first half is a solemn "prayer time" and the second half is a dazzling "party". In a while, we will be seeking entertainment and sponsors for booths at the party, but we are currently looking for executive committee members. The next Executive Committee meeting will be held at 18:30 on Wednesday, October 9th in the Sophians Club Conference Room. An additional three meetings are scheduled before ASC takes place. We hope several of you will help make ASC a successful event as Executive Committee members.

【3】ソフィア会SNS閉鎖のお知らせ
Notification of SUAA SNS Termination

ソフィア会は、永年サービスを提供してきた「ソフィア会SNS」を12月末で閉鎖します。
ソフィア会SNSは旧システムで 構築されているため、現在のWebサイトに負荷がかかり、運用が困難となっているためです。

At the end of December SUAA will terminate the "SUAA SNS" service which has been provided for many years.
Since SUAA SNS was built on a former system, it overloads the current website and makes effective management difficult.

ソフィア会では、この度、卒業５年という節目の年に皆様を母校にお招き、ソフィアンの集いを開催いたします。
