Exciting Speech and Discussions about "Diversity Management"

A Sophian Mr. Toshiya Ozaki, Ph. D., Professor of International Business College of Business and Visiting Professor of Copenhagen Business School held a speech "Diversity of Company" on June 14, 2019, as a co-event of "Culture Café" of our Sophian Dr. Mariko Fuchs. Professor Ozaki graduated from Department of Philosophy in Faculty of Humanites in 1981.
He presented us various statistical data of international comparison
about working style, emotional attitude, diversity of the organization etc.
and also he talked about his research result through his interviews with top management of Japanese and Northern European companies.
Based on his presentation, we exchanged our experiences in Germany with him, too.
Our discussions were quite exciting and interesting.
The time had run very quickly !
