2014 New Year Party in Dusseldorf

The Duesseldorfer Sophia-kai celebrated a great annual New Year Party 2014 on January 18th (Saturday), by getting 48 Sophians of several generations together, from regular members, new members, longtime-no-see members and current students who are studying at the University of Bonn and Cologne, near Duesseldorf, for one year in the Student exchange program.
We enjoyed a lot of delicious Japanese New Year dishes, Sushi and More, with drinks and enjoyed chatting without stopping.
Taking this opportunity, Ishii san, our Representative, expressed her sincere thanks to our members' donation for the 100th Anniversary of Alma Mater which was done 4 times from 2007 until 2013.
Finally we sang Sophia University Song and Sophian Student Song all together to close our New Year Meeting happily.
Some of members enjoyed the meeting further with Karaoke !
