NY Sophia-kai holds Christmas party

The Sophia University Alumni Association, New York Chapter (New York Sophia-kai) threw an annual Christmas party at a concert hall of the United Nations International School on Dec. 15 together with a local alumni society of Aoyama Gakuin University.
About 100 participants -- graduates of both universities and their families, friends and so on -- enjoyed a mini-concert by the Japan Choral Harmony "TOMO," a New York-based choral group, and prize-awarding games with a charitable purpose, as well as delicious foods and drinks.
In stark contrast to the freezing weather that day, the party was a very warm one that contributed to strengthening bonds among the participants. It may not have been a truly silent night, but it was indeed a holy night to us all.
