The Sydney Sophia Alumni Association's 2023 year-end party was lively, bringing together 13 attendees for a celebration.

The addition of 4 new members not only heightened the excitement but also infused a breath of fresh air, perfectly complementing the sizzling 41°C heatwave that swept through Sydney in early summer. Against this vibrant backdrop, members delighted in sharing their prized Australian wines and savouring the exquisite Japanese cuisine from YAYOI restaurant.

The gathering evolved into a melting pot of discussions, encompassing serious industry insights and light-hearted anecdotes. Conversations even touched on relatable experiences, like having lingering dreams of struggling to graduate due to insufficient credits from student days.

Looking forward to 2024, the Sydney Sophia Alumni Association is committed to sustaining this positive momentum, planning a series of spirited events that promise to match the intensity of the Southern Hemisphere's formidable UV rays.
