Ireland Sophians' Autumn House Party with plenty of "Craic"!

On a typically Irish "soft" autumn day, we Ireland Sophians gathered at our member Sachiko Tanaka's home in the mountains of County Wicklow near Dublin for our first house party since New Year's Day 2020.
We were delighted to be joined by two Sophia students currently on exchange at Dublin City University, Riko Kurasawa (3rd year in Portuguese Studies, Faculty of Foreign Languages) and Hina Yachida (3rd year in English Literature Studies, Faculty of Literature), as well as the husband and three daughters of our former Chairperson Mitsue Walker, who we sadly lost this year.
We had a wonderful afternoon admiring the beautiful views over Counties Dublin and Wicklow with a selection of tasty foods and drinks in hand, and are looking forward to all meeting up again soon to go walking in the beautiful nature of the area.
