【1】「名古屋大会」は明日開催です
　　 The Nagoya Conference Will Begin Tomorrow

第9回地域ソフィア会全国大会2017「名古屋大会」が明日9月23日（土）から、
名古屋駅前の「ウインクあいち」で開催されます。今回はすでに250名以上が
参加申し込みをしており、過去最大規模の全国大会となることは確実。
当日エントリーも可能ですので、これからでもご都合がつけばぜひお越し
ください。

The 9th Regional Sophia University Alumni Association (SUAA) National
Conference, the 2017 Nagoya Conference, will begin tomorrow, Saturday,
September 23rd at Winc Aichi, located in front of Nagoya Station. Over
250 applicants have already registered, clearly making it the largest
National Conference to be held thus far. Even now, it's not too late to
take advantage of the same-day registration if your schedule allows.

【2】秋季全国代議員会のご案内―10/21
　　 Autumn Conference of National Representatives of SUAA Held Saturday,
　　 October 21

ソフィア会は2017年秋季全国代議員会を、10月21日（土）14：30から上智大学
（四谷キャンパス）６号館（ソフィアタワー）1階101教室で開催します。
審議・報告事項など詳細は追ってお知らせしますが、代議員の方はご出席
くださいますよう、ご予定ください。

The Autumn Conference of National Representatives of SUAA will be held
at 14:30 on Saturday, October 21st in classroom 101 on the 1st floor of
Building 6 (Sophia Tower) on the Yotsuya Campus. Details concerning the
agenda for deliberations and reports will be announced at a later date.
Representatives, please plan to attend.

【3】映画「Daddy Long Legs ～あしながおじさん」とトークショー－10/26
　　 Daddy Long Legs - Ashinaga Ojisan Movie and Talk Show Held Thursday,
　　 October 26

ソフィア会と上智大学は共催で、ドキュメンタリー映画『Daddy Long Legs　～
あしながおじさん』上映会＆トークショーを10月26日（木）、学内2号館17階
1701会議室で18:00より行います。
同映画の監督/プロデューサーの篠田伸二さん（1985外葡）が、親を失くした
子供たちがまさかのＮＹブロードウェイの舞台に立つまでの道のり、そして
なぜこの映画をつくるに至ったのかの思いを語ります。

SUAA and Sophia University will co-host a screening of the documentary
entitled Daddy Long Legs - Ashinaga Ojisan and a talk show at 18:00 on
Thursday, October 26th, in Conference Room 1701 in Building 2 on the
Yotsuya Campus.
Shinji Shinoda (1985, Foreign Studies, Luso-Brazilian Studies), who
directed and produced this documentary, will talk about how children who
lost their parents defied all odds to appear on stage in Broadway,
New York and about why this film came to be made.

　　 The 2017-2018 Sophia Alumni Association Handbook Published

ソフィア会は、会の概要や取り組みをまとめた「ソフィア会ハンドブック」の
最新版、「同2017-2018」を発刊しました。代議員会や各ソフィア会の総会・
懇親会などで無償配布します。また、下記URLからはデジタルブックの形で
ご覧いただけます。

SUAA has published the latest edition of its Handbook, the 2017-2018 Sophia Alumni Association Handbook containing an overview of SUAA and its activities. Hard copies will be distributed free of charge at the Conferences of National Representatives of SUAA, and at SUAA branch General Meetings and social gatherings. The digital version may be accessed by double clicking the following link.
